Visa Information
For traveling to France to attend ACM MEDES'09, please allow extra time for travel planning. Attendees visiting France should check be particularly aware and careful about Visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. Local organizers will assist attendees of MEDES'09 in this matter.
Apply for a VISA if applicable (if you need an invitation letter, please send an email to acm.medes@gmail.com in which you indicate your: full name, full address, passport number, and nationality (and paper Id and title if any)
Please note that it may take several days for a visa memo to be sent out after it is requested. Please plan accordingly.
